These are the results from a survey taken on May 19, 2007 by the DC Anime Club at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library. There were at least 24 people attending at the time. Nineteen surveys were answered. One person declined because he was the president of the club and did at lot of promotion for several of our direct competition. My main target audience is mainly college students and high school students. Most members were aged between 13 and 17 years old. DCAC members lived all over DC, though most lived in Northwest. This time we thought that less people would answer Question #2 with the local direct competition. They told us that they were more likely to shop with the competition. Maybe it was because they get special treatment and sponsorship. We plan on doing another survey at Otakon on July 20ththrough July 22nd.
